Returns or Exchanges will be accepted up to 60 days after purchase. Only items that are in the exact same condition in which they were sent will be accepted – no clothing with signs of wear or wash will be accepted. Unless faulty, CDs/DVDs cannot be returned if opened. Unless it was our error, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
All returns and exchanges must include the following information:
- The order number or a copy of the original packing slip that was included with the order
- Full name, ship to address and contact information
- An explanation for the return or information regarding the exchange
For returns – only the cost of the item will be refunded. Unless it was our error, no S&H will be refunded.
For exchanges – only items that are in stock are eligible for exchanges. You will be contacted if an item you requested is unavailable.
For packages – if an item was purchased as part of a package and you wish to return only part of it, please email before returning the item (help.concert.tees@gmail.com). Only some packages will qualify for split returns.
